File not found or not showing/playing

This can happen if your filename contains one or more special characters.
To avoid any issues, please make sure to use only POSIX characters for file names:

• the uppercase letters (A-Z)
• the lowercase letters (a-z)
• the decimal digits (0-9)
• the dot (.), the hyphen (-) and the underscore (_)
